TOWN OF SCRIBA JUSTICE CENTER - OSWEGO, NY
Aubertine and Currier provided design, bid and construction management services for a new 4,400 sq. ft. Justice Center. The facility was designed within an early 1900’s storage building. The center included offices for the two Town Justices, the Town Clerk, a secure holding room, and conference room. The facility is enhanced by high ceilings with traditional wood wainscoting and a raised judge’s platform. Total Project Cost: $550,000.
TOWN OF SCRIBA PARK POOL - OSWEGO, NY
Aubertine and Currier was responsible for complete design, public bid and construction administration for a 4,400 sq. ft. swimming pool in the Town Park. Aubertine and Currier was awarded the project in March of 2002 and the project design was complete and bid out in May of 2002. The project consisted of developing a plan for the expanded use of the bathhouses utilized for the beach. The pool was placed to utilize the back side of the bathhouse and provide a fenced in area for a 960 sq. ft. wading area with umbrella sprinkler, a 2,250 sq. ft shallow area and a 2,150 sq. ft. deep swimming area. The project was completed in August of 2002 at a cost of $467,500 contingency of $267 was spent for electrical upgrade of pumps. The A/E Contract amount was $32,500.
TOWN OF SCRIBA MUNICIPAL BUILDING - OSWEGO, NY
The project included renovation of the existing Town Clerk’s Office and the renovation of the existing storage building into a new 4,500 s.f. Courthouse. The Courthouse project included parking lot, sidewalks and septic system.
TOWN OF SCRIBA MAINTENANCE GARAGE - OSWEGO, NY
Provided Structural and Mechanical analysis of 18,000 sf existing building. Provided design of new roof Purlins and Insulation and managed project through completion. The total project cost was $180,000 and was completed on schedule with no change orders.
