SUNY Canton William C. Cooper Service Complex Renovation

The SUNY Canton William C. Cooper Service Complex is home to the Physical Plant, Central Storehouse/Central Receiving, Mailroom, Building Trades Department, Gounds Department, HVAC Department , and Building Services Department.
Recent renovations to the building included the installation of a new rooftop heating, ventilation, and air conditioning unit to provide conditioned air to approximately 2,020 square feet of space within the building, including but not limited to offices, data rooms, and a break room. The scope of work also included ceiling replacement due to new HVAC work, relocation of the breakroom, and provision of additional offices.
Aubertine and Currier provided design development, construction documents, construction administration, and scheduling for the project. The architectural services were provided consistently throughout all phases of the design process, including coordination with ATL for an Asbestos Abatement Design.
