As Project Engineer, Mr. Morgia was responsible for roadway design, sanitary sewer collection system design, storm sewer design, water system design, and site grading. Involvement included Site Design, Layout and Civil Engineering Services from Proposal through Final Design, Construction Documents, Bidding, and Construction Administration. Design services were performed for the City of Watertown.

  • 1,513’ of 8” sanitary sewer collection mains
  • Sanitary Sewer Pumping Station
  • 2,234’ of storm sewer piping (12”-36”)
  • 3,657’ of 8” water mains
  • 3,000’ of curbed roads
