Jain Irrigation Warehouse

Aubertine and Currier partnered with Purcell Construction Corporation to develop 30% Conceptual Design drawings for a proposed warehouse for Jain Irrigation. The concept included the design of a 100,000 sf manufacturing and warehouse facility utilizing a 11.65 acre industrial property. The development of the building’s floor plan included the layout and arrangement of production, maintenance, parts storage, machine shop, assembly, quality control, greenhouse, business office, shipping and receiving, and warehouse space for efficient operation of the facility. The site design included the development of a rail siding for both raw material delivery and end product shipping. Raw material storage included the construction of four (4) silo’s for chemical resin delivery via railroad. Site development included the construction of parking lots and paved access for the parking of 25 office and visitor vehicles, 50 production personnel, tractor trailer shipping and receiving, and both tractor trailer and rail loading dock shipping of products for export. Complete construction of the new utility infrastructure including water, sewer, gas, electric, and communication was required.
