Samaritan Medical Center Multi-Purpose Room

The Samaritan Medical Center is a 290-bed not-for-profit community medical center serving the needs of the civilian and military community. The main hospital facility offers services ranging from primary and emergency care, to specialized medical and surgical services such as cancer treatment, neonatal intensive care, behavioral health and addiction services, and imaging services.
This project consisted of the adaptive reuse of Exam Room #2 within the Hospital. The scope of work included coordination with the Hospital and Siemens Medical Solutions to have the existing x-ray equipment removed, renovation to the proposed Multi-Purpose Room completed, ad installation of new medical equipment.
The renovations to the space included new ceilings, LED Lighting, painting, HVAC, and a new sink with casework. Aubertine and Currier’s (A&C) scope of services included Architectural and Structural Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, Construction Administration, as well as Part-Time Inspections. Jade Stone Engineering partnered with A&C on the project, providing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Design Services.
