Aubertine and Currier Architects, Engineers & Land Surveyors, PLLC provided architectural, engineering and land surveying services for this new 3,500 sf Class A office building situated in the City of Watertown, NY.

A property and topographic survey was performed in conjunction with site planning, to verify the location of all existing utilities and stationary landscaping features on the site. Since the neighboring properties are a mix between residential and commercial, Aubertine and Currier maintained a majority of the trees that currently existed on the site, creating a seamless blend between the property uses.

Keeping with the Morgia Group’s need for increased modern office space, the building offers private offices for the three partners, a conference room that can seat up to 12 individuals comfortably, a vacant upper level for future growth, and a basement for storage.
